About
Antonia Stoyanovich (b. 1994) is a photographer and visual artist based in Topanga, California. She holds a BFA from The Cooper Union, School of Art and a MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art, Photography Department, where she was awarded the Larson Venture Award. She has exhibited her photographs throughout the United States and internationally, including, Wasserman Projects, Playground Detroit, Peter Fetterman Gallery, LaMaMa Galleria, Photography Center Northwest, Space Millepiani, and The Scarab Club. Her work has been featured in various publications, such as Vogue Italia, Lenscratch, New York Times, and The Village Voice. She was also a fellow of the inaugural 20/20 Emerging Artist Fellowship with Playground Detroit. Antonia works within an lens based practice utilizing motifs and relationships to explore Americana mythology. Her work includes photography, video, sculpture, painting and design mediums. She is currently represented by Playground Detroit (Detroit) and Peter Fetterman Gallery (Los Angeles).
